Teams of 2 run 200m With 45# bumper to road. One teammate at a time must perform 100 jumping air squats, while the other teammate holds the bumper.
Run 200m back and complete 100 sit ups (while one of you still hold the bumper) Depending on how quickly your team moves you will receive a 35kb or 53kb
run 200m (carrying the bumper and kb) and perform 75 kb SDHP run 200m to finish both teammates have to cross line to finish.
There will be a 5 burpee penalty for dropping bumpers. Bumper must remain off the ground until team has finished.
