    I have been trying to keep up with you guys running WODs here in the hotel exercise area. I met another crossfitter from Wisconsin here in Tianjin China. There is no pull up bar so I have been doing dead hang stuff on the lat-machine. I miss the community at The Box and look forward to coming home. Let me know if you guys plan something around Thanksgiving, God willing I am home on Wednesday.
