Happy Birthday Shanna!

Coaches Rant:

Some days your workout will down right kick you right in your cheezy smilin face. I will be the first to admit that today I let myself get discouraged and pissy like a high school girl that was denied permission to sleep over her friends house. It was a horrible experience it shall not re visit again. It took every I had to try and stop my stinkin thinkin and try to focus on what I had to do. This only prolonged my atrocious display of athleticism and caused me to wallow in poor attitude as the clock eagerly ticked on. After I finished I had my 1 hour pitty party and realized it was stupid. Ive worked my ass off getting stronger and I have come a pretty long way from when I started. I got consumed with a bit of greed and it punched me right in face. So what did I learn: Focus on getting better at the things you hate, be consistent, practice, practice, practice, and remember its just a workout.
