2 [noncount] : a feeling of having lost hope or confidence

3 [count] : something (such as a failure or difficulty) that discourages someone

So I am constantly reminded of this feeling. Whether it is by someone or when I miss a rep. It is easy to just call it quits and fool yourself into thinking its okay to stop or give in… But then I am reminded of this quote “ pain is temporary, but quitting last forever.’’

Did you quit because it was legitimately difficult or did you quit because it got to tough? That question will be the deciding factor for your progress. If it was tough, great! That means your headed down the right path. Its not an easy path to follow, but if it were easy you wouldn’t be reading this post.
