Coaches Rant 

In Ode to the De-Load

This week will be a true de-load week so spend this week to address form issues at lower weights. DO NOT GO HEAVY BECAUSE YOU FEEL GOOD!  Otherwise you’re missing the point. Hold off your weightlifting cowboy PR dance till Saturday.

Clean & jerk – 80% x 1; 60% x 1 x 5 (rest exactly 45s btw each)
