Coaches rant:

why didn’t anyone tell me I was putting the wrong month in heading…wtf? This is the last week of the 18wk cycle… then we are going to start another long block. start to think of your deficiencies (ie skills, lifts pulls, finish) I will be looking for them throughout the week and compiling them within the new program.
