Open 13.1 was released:

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Now you can imagine every possible out come for this workout. Here is what I’ve learned; your idea of what you want to happen is probably going to shit after 10 reps and time is going to move faster than you think. There is no (legal) magic pill that will make you better at burpees or snatches by Friday or Saturday. Trust in your training and hope you don’t suck! One rep at a time and don’t stop until the time runs out… easier said than done I know!
