WOD:

Workout 13.2

MEN – includes Masters Men up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″ box

WOMEN – includes Masters Women up to 54 years old
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 20″ box

    Saturday Reflection: I want to re-run 13.2 for a better score. Yesterday did not go as well as I thought it would. Shoulders to overhead and deadlifts are in my wheelhouse. I gave that workout my all, had 2 days of rest, and was completely jacked and ready to run it, and yet somehow, still sucked. I woke up this morning sore, a good sore, like the kind you get after a good workout. Running it again won’t get me to The Games this year. What will get me closer is the realization that I am not as good as I think I am and I need more work. I am more fit now, but I need to become better at everything.
