Congratulations to everyone that competed in the open this year. There were tons of Prs and a lot of challenges that were overcome. Now that the open is over, today is the start of another long training year. We are going to be suspending the Rx+ lifting for a couple of weeks and implementing week long clinics focusing the basics since we have a little time to back off on the lifts.
We are going to dissect the squat from the bottom up.
