You must email me if you want to participate in the new RX+ Program!!! Here are  the Basics
Strength: 
Jerk – max for day
Skill:
Handstands

WOD: 
10min EMOM
ODD: ME STO 135/75 (shoulder to overhead)
Even: 6 Pendlay Rows

RX+ (to be performed 3min after end of WOD) 
– Muscle snatch – work quickly up to a heavy single
– Snatch (60% x 1, 65% x 1, 70% x 1) x 3

    WOD total = 53 RX

    Muscle snatch at 45lbs; 55lbs
    Snatch at 55lbs – ran out of time

    Muscle snatch – 75
    Snatch – 95 (ran out of time)

    RX+ – Snatch (60%x110, 65%x120) x 3
    Missed 2 at 110 most likely because of poor effort

    Ran out of time for 70% snatch and muscle snatch
