    Power Snatch at 80lbs
    Full squat clean and jerk at 95lbs
    Stiff leg deads at 145lbs

    Feeling a little sluggish and tired today.

    Snatch: 155#, got under 165 but lost it backwards
    Clean and Jerk: 225#
    HBBS: 275# did not really push this due to time and a sore lower back
    Straight leg deadlift: 135×2, 155×2 and 175×1
    30 Muscle-ups for time: 6:33
    Went 6,6,3,2, and then singles. Next time may start out with smaller sets.

    Did not do back squats felt dizzy and off ballance on lifts.
