Rx+
– Snatch – 80-90% x 1

– Clean & jerk – 80-90% x 1

– Front squat – 80-90% x 1

– Stiff-legged deadlift – 3 x 5

Aim to hit one single on these lifts between 80-90% depending on how you’re feeling. Don’t push it beyond what can be done technically well.

    Front Squats at 95lbs
    Clean deadlifts at 145lbs

    Completed snatch at 115, Clean and Jerk at 175. Worked on snatch form with Wayne doing snatch balance. I spent the morning working on my goat! It got a little better so that’s progress

    Snatch: worked up to 155# (full squat)
    C&J: worked up to 205# (full squat)
    Front Squat: 235#
    Straight legged deadlift: sets @ 135, 165, 185×2 and 195

    Gymnastics Circuit. 4 rounds with 90sec rest between
    10 push-ups
    30 second handstand hold (chest to wall)
    12 ring rows
    30 sec hollow hold

    Straight legged dead lift 135 3 reps x 5 sets

    Now have maxed all my lifts and can now follow percentages accordingly.
