    Power Snatches at 75lbs; 85lbs; 90lbs – PR

    Shoulders too fried for Clean & Jerks

    Back Squats:
    5 reps at 55lbs; 65lbs; 75lbs
    3 reps at 85lbs; 95lbs
    2 reps at 105lbs
    1 rep at 115lbs; 125lbs
    Legs felt strong today, but started to feel a twinge between my right shoulder blade so stopped at 125.

    Stiff-leg deads: 95lbs x 3; 115lbs x 3; 125lbs x 3; 125lbs x 3; 145lbs x 3

    Ring dip holds: 1st attempt at 51 seconds; 2nd attempt at 47 seconds; 3rd attempt with hands out as Jeremie instructed at only 5 seconds – need a lot of work on this.

    Snatch – 195 PR

    Clean & Jerk – Only cleaned 185 x 1, 205 x 1 – Left wrist is very sore and couldn’t get the grip for the jerk.

    Back Squat – 135 x 5, 185 x 2, 225 x 2, 255 x 1, 275 x 1, Failed @ 295 – Legs were completely done.

    Shoulders, wrists and legs very sore. Need to recover and take care of those for next week.

    Worked on snatch at 95, drops getting better

    Good week of work. Good news no Mexico this week. Bad news lost passport and have to deal with that.
