    Front squat max for the day = 135lbs
    Snatch at 63lbs x 5
    Clean and jerks at 83lbs x 5
    Stiff leg deads: 83lbs x 3; 103lbs x 3; 113lbs x 3

    Felt good doing front squats and then started to feel run down. Tough, but good week.
