    Jerk: No max today. Instead focused more on technique: elbows out; getting under the bar quicker

    Jerk: 225, missed 245# felt like i was close, but not enough time to try again
    BB step ups to 20″ box: 145#

    WOD: 4:32 Rx

    Felt great today tied PR at 185 Jerk, attempted 195 think I could have got it if i had more time. First time on box step ups 95, think 115 is doable next time.
