    Shoulders were too tired to do anything overhead, so focused on back squats:
    Pyramid sets by 10lbs and PRd at 163lbs. Felt strong so went for another and PRd at 173lbs. Happy happy happy.

    Superset – 5 sets 4 reps
    Weight vest (20lbs) pullups and dips

    C&J: 185# x 3
    Front Squats: 245#
