How many times have you gone to a gym with lofty goals and the best of intentions, only to find yourself quitting far short of reaching those goals?  Maybe you didn’t have a good idea of how to meet your goals, or you had too many ideas and became paralyzed after trying to implement too much all at once.  Perhaps you had a plan, but you just weren’t making the progress you expected.  Or, maybe you didn’t have anyone to hold you accountable. Or, you just got board with the same routine. Whatever your reasons, you likely left feeling more frustrated than you were before you started.  Are you now considering giving it another go, but you worry you’ll end up with the same frustrating results?

What if we told you there is a better way? 

We do a lot of things differently at Unbroken, and it all starts with our very first client interaction…the No-Sweat Intro. Your fitness and health goals are unique to you; a one-size-fits-all approach might help you meet some of your goals, but likely won’t be sufficient for reaching all of them.  During your No-Sweat Intro, your coach will take the time to get to know you, your story, and your objectives.  Together, you will explore what has worked well for you previously and what hasn’t worked at all. With this information, you and your coach will be able to come up with a customized experience to help you achieve your health and fitness goals throuth the CrossFit methodology.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is an effective way to get fit. Anyone can do it. It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout. We do pull-ups, squats, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and a host of other movements. Always varied, always changing, always producing results. Kids, police officers, firefighters, soccer moms, Navy SEALS, and grandmas all do CrossFit. In fact, hundreds of thousands worldwide have followed these workouts and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.
