As a person who ran track in high school and half marathons during grad school, Ashley kept looking for something that spoke more to the needs of both mind AND body. Eventually, she took yoga classes and found them to be the combination of relaxation and physicality that she was craving.
Since receiving her 200 hour RYT certification in 2015, she’s been excited to engage others in purposeful movement and calmness through intentional action via the soulful craft that is Yoga.
