Unbroken kids classes are coming back this Fall!
Your kids will learn to love fitness, nutrition, and good motor patterns for functional movement. These skills will benefit them for a lifetime and create the safest foundation for sports and training programs in their future.
Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6.
Our kids classes run in 6 week sessions.
Sundays from 1-2pm
Fall Session September 12th-October 17th
Winter Session January 16th-February 20th
