Hero Workouts are formulated and named in honor of fallen soldiers, firefighters or law enforcement officers. They are a tribute to the courage and sacrifice of the valiant men and women who have given their lives in service to their country. These are more than just workouts, they are a tradition in the CrossFit community that helps push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor these heroes and always as reminder that the fallen will not be forgotten.
