10 rounds of Cindy (5 Pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats, broken up in anyway)
1 Mile run (together)
Karen (150 wallballs, broken up in anyway)
1.1mile run (together)
Doors open at 9:00am, Countdown starts at 9:30am. No CrossFit experience Needed.
