Death by burpees.

on the minute increase the amount every minute IE:

1min-1 burpee

2min-2burpees

3min-3burpees and so on… go till you cannot complete in 60sec or fail.

*rounds are scored as follows 11min in and only got 3burpees = 10+3 (because ath. did not complete the whole round)
