Its the stuff between your Ears.
I recently was reminded that the hardest thing to workout is stuff between your ears. Many times in CrossFit your mind will usually fail you long before your muscles do. We are constantly in a battle with what we perceive to be impossible (Some refer to this as your ‘Monkey mind’ but I’ll save that topic for another time). Whether its the power to push though a tough workout or staying focused right before a PR lift. The logic in the moment seems valid but is it? A better question to ask yourself would be how far can I actually push it?… Like truly hang on till the very end.
