Anyone can do this stuff!… So we designed this is a quick, non stop 30 minute class that incorporates a high-energy workout, utilizing functional body weight movements and light to moderate loads.

Who is this for exactly?

The Beginner

We know there are a bunch of you out there that desperately want to make some changes in your fitness, know that “regular gyms” don’t work for you, but are a little intimidated to try something like CrossFit. Maybe you have a few extra pounds, just had a child, haven’t moved in a while, or simply looking for something new. Well, look no further!

We are experts in training beginners and will tailor everything to your needs. Our members are all shapes, sizes, and ages. Many are trying to shed some pounds, improve how they move, and hope to just do things better in everyday life.

Everything we do is at your own pace, so there is no pressure to keep up with anyone else.


That’s right this is something you can do with your kids. The last thing the world needs is more KIDS ONLY activities. These classes are a great way build stronger families through fitness. Kids ages 8 and up are welcome to all FITIN30 classes accompanied by their parents or another trusted adult. There is a special FITFAM class on Wednesday Nights at 5:30pm for kids ages 4 and up. We are not kidding when we say this class is for everyone and can be tailored to fit all fitness levels and ages. At Unbroken Athletic we believe building stronger families is a cause worth fighting for.
