High-Energy, time-efficient, coach-led group classes, based on high intensity interval training that blends both cardiovascular and light weight functional strength training. This style of training builds and sculpts lean muscle. Each 1 hour class is specifically designed to provide a full body workout, while improving energy levels, endurance pace, muscle tone and metabolic rate. Get your sweat towels ready, we plan to burn up to 756 calories per class.
People of all fitness levels can make huge strides in the class setting: however, we understand everyone has their relative strengths, weaknesses, and goals that could be addressed faster in a one-on-one setting or small group setting. A good personal trainer helps you build a habit you’ll keep for life. After all, becoming a different person means doing things with which you may not be comfortable at first. We’re comfortable being uncomfortable. Even our personal trainers coach and train each other. Everyone needs a coach!
Unbroken Youth focuses on continued development in a fun environment. Your kids will learn to love fitness, nutrition, and will learn good motor patterns for functional movement that will benefit them for a lifetime and create the safest foundation for sports and training programs in their future. They will also benefit from coaches who have been trained/certified in how movement affects academics, healthy social interactions, problem-solving and a positive growth mindset. A TON of development occurs between the age of 7 and 11 so as each athlete progresses, our expectation raise to keep them challenged consistently.
