Veterans, Active duty military members and first responders push the limits of their well-being to support the mission of serving and protecting. That selfless service posture has always been necessary because service members of every era knew they may be called to war or called to provide assistance at the scene of an emergency.
Many active military members, veterans and first responders carry that mission-first mindset with them, neglecting their own health in the process. We believe that service members are America’s most resilient citizens — and it’s time for more of them to prioritize their well-being first. Our goal with this program is to empower service members to build strong physical and mental strength and endurance for life by providing accessible community based fitness. Through fitness we can forge and refine life skills like perseverance, grit, determination, resilience and confidence.
