Starting CrossFit can be intimidating, that's why we have guided fundamentals course for you.
Our intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified coaches. This program is 4, one-on-one personal training sessions to teach you proper form, lifting technique, gym etiquette, mindset and CrossFit lingo to prepare you to enter group classes feeling confident. You will learn new skills each session and get in a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
