Starting CrossFit can be intimidating, that's why we have guided fundamentals course for you.
This 8 class course is designed for absolute beginners or anyone getting back into CrossFit and wanting to refresh their skills.
Each class is an hour long.
Classes are held Monday & Wednesday nights at 5:45pm and Saturday Morning at 10:30am.

One-on-one private intro to CrossFit training sessions are also available for schedule flexibility.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
