Starting CrossFit can be intimidating, that's why we have guided fundamentals course for you.
This required intro course is your first step to joining Unbroken Athletic. This training course consists of 8 sessions every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:45pm and begins on the first Tuesday of each Month. Each session is approximately one hour. The intro course is not eligible for discounts.
Intro course sign ups up each month on the 20th for the following month.
Space is limited.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
