Today reminded me that any success you have counts. I will catch myself focusing on the big achievements and overlook the little one. Do you find yourself doing the same? we should celebrate all successes big or small. , we’ll miss the fun along the way by focusing only on those big milestones. We will either burnout or get so overwhelmed we will want to quit. Getting a little better range of motion, hitting correct positions for the clean or the snatch, mastering one double under, even something simple as making it to class on time. Celebrate all of your achievements along the way in your pursuit of fitness.
