This sport takes tons of time. Trying to fix everything that is wrong with your lifts, is like fixing a leaking pipe while the water is still on. When you try to fix too many things it can get confusing and eventually it will make you frustrated. Try to only focus on one part of your lift for 4 or 5 weeks. Once you have mastered the move, then add in a new part to fix. You may not pr for a while, but your patience and discipline will pay off big time once you have dialed in your technique.
