What is RomWod?
Romwod is a program that provides guided stretches designed to increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery. We will be adding a RomWod class to our schedule once a week. The Romwod sessions will focus on areas that may have been over worked during the weeks programming. If you feel like once a week is not enough you can follow this link to create your own personal account and utilize RomWod daily in your pre or post routine.
