Why are you here?
Everyday people have the choice to just live or live by purpose. Maybe you have not put much thought into why you are here, maybe you have. This post goes a little deeper than getting that PR back squat but assure you that it is connected . If you are unhappy with your life, you will start to list all the things that you do wrong. The problem is that it becomes so easy to point out our flaws that we eventually make it a habit. We watch other peoples successes, compare our lives to theirs and say ” I cant do that.” So, we shrink our dreams, our goals and put a self imposed limit on ourselves.
Shake off those shackles of doubt and make the leap. Push yourself further than yesterday. Find your why and relentlessly ask yourself “Why Am I here?”
