10 KB Cross chops (per side)

 

Strength:

– Split Jerk – heavy single; 80% of that x 2 x 3

– Overhead squat – heavy single; 80% x 2 x 3

Metcon:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
10 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
10 Shoulder-to-Overheads, 115/83 lbs
10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
