The Struggle

It’s easy for us to get discouraged when we fail at something or come up short of achieving a goal. You have to remember one valuable thing; I have yet met anyone that was able to do something challenging the very first time they tried. Chances are they failed horribly and continuously.  They didn’t get a pouch of magic fairy dust that made everything easy overnight.  They got serious about what they wanted, committed to a plan and put in the work. If you want to be successful in anything you do in life, inside the gym or out , you have to grind.  Only deep inside that grind when you are struggling will you find the resistance to grow stronger. Just like lifting weights, in order for your muscles to grow stronger they need resistance.
