CrossFit is For Anyone, but not everyone. You don’t have to be fit to start. You DO have to be willing to show up and put in the work.

Group Classes

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step. We offer both regular CrossFit classes and CrossFit Boot Camp Classes

Learn the Fundamentals.

Our Intro to CrossFit course will help you safely start your  journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Kids Classes

The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun! Each Session is $20.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training offers a tailored fitness experience, featuring customized workout plans crafted by certified trainers to align with individual goals and preferences. With expert guidance, motivation, and flexible scheduling, our personal training sessions ensure a personalized and effective journey towards achieving lasting fitness results. Sessions start at $69 an hour.

24/7 Open Gym

We offer 24/7 gym access through HybridAF’s mobile app. This services allows athletes to unlock the gym door from their phone. Late nights, early mornings, holidays or weekends, the gym is yours to use.

Nutrition Coaching

It is often said that your fitness results are 20% of your activity in the gym and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, stronger and drop body fat we offer 1-on-1 personalized nutrition coaching.
