Youth Strength & Conditioning

Set your kids up for success—on and off the field! Our Youth Strength & Conditioning class focuses on building a strong foundation of strength, endurance, and mobility that can be applied to any sport or support a lifetime of healthy living. Designed to prevent injuries, develop non-sport-specific habits, and promote teamwork, this program helps young athletes and non-athletes alike improve their physical and mental well-being while having fun.

Fall Session 2025

September 11th-October 16th
Classes are held on Thursdays from 5:45pm-6:45pm

✅ 1-hour classes

✅ Led by certified coaches (Coach Shanna & Coach Carrie)

✅ Safe, fun, small-group environment

Coaches — if you’re looking for a place to train your team this season, we’ve got you covered.

We’re now offering 1-hour team training sessions designed specifically for your sport. Whether the goal is speed, strength, agility, or simply building confidence and conditioning, we can help your athletes perform their best.

Pricing:

👉 $10 per athlete

👉 $7 per athlete with 15 or more
