The Curriculum

SESSION 1 — The Foundation

  • Air squat, front squat, back squat, overhead squat

  • Deadlift (KB + barbell)

  • Wall balls, sit-ups, burpees

  • Why range of motion matter

SESSION 2 — Push & Pull

  • Press, push press, push jerk, split jerk

  • Box jumps and rowing technique

  • Core-to-extremity movement concept

  • How to use the rower correctly

SESSION 3 — The Clean

  • Med ball clean → PVC → barbell progressions

  • Kettlebell swings

  • Jump rope + double-under intro

  • Bar path and hip mechanics

SESSION 4 — The Snatch

  • The snatch (PVC + empty bar)

  • Thrusters and pull-up progressions

  • Your first benchmark workout

  • Next steps: membership, logging, nutrition consult

The Fundamentals Course is 1-on-1, scheduled around you, and completed in about two weeks. No experience required. No fitness level assumed.
