Upgrade to 4 semi-private skill sessions (max 4 participants) — one session per week during your 30 days.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of strength, lifting, and gymnastics so you feel confident and safe walking into any group class.
Curriculum Overview:
Week 1: Squats & Deadlifts – learn strong, safe lower body form
Week 2: Presses & Jerks – build upper body power and control
Week 3: Olympic Lifting Basics – break down the clean & related skills
Week 4: Snatch & Gymnastics – master overhead movement, pull-ups, and core control
Commitment:
Choose one session time each week for the month:
Tuesdays: 8:15 AM or 4:40 PM
Thursdays: 6:30 AM or 5:45 PM
Investment: +$250 (in addition to Jumpstart program)
