We want to hear your fitness goals, assess a good starting point, and make sure we are a good fit for you before you take the time to come in and try us out.

Come in for a free intro class

Meet one of our coaches 1-on-1 where they will take you through a basic warm-up and CrossFit workout. Our coach will assess your movement and make personal recommendations on where you should start based on your goals, schedule, and budget.
